The Ministry of Awqaf and Guidance in Aden has officially announced the names of the accredited facilities designated for the organization of pilgrims for the upcoming Hajj season, 1446H. This announcement marks an important step for those intending to perform the sacred pilgrimage to Mecca.
According to a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the registration period for individuals wishing to undertake the pilgrimage will commence today, October 26, 2024, corresponding to the 23rd of Rabi’ al-Thani, 1446H. The registration will remain open until December 12, 2024, which corresponds to the 24th of Jumada al-Akhir, 1446H.
The Ministry emphasized that this year’s early registration coincides with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s preparations to announce their pilgrimage packages. Additionally, it highlighted that the offices managing pilgrim affairs from various countries will enjoy special privileges when booking these packages in the holy sites.
The Ministry outlined specific guidelines and conditions to ensure the best services for pilgrims. These regulations include adherence to a predetermined list of prices and costs, organized travel programs, and transport means. Detailed information regarding these aspects will be disclosed once the service providers in Saudi Arabia finalize their offerings. All relevant details will be prominently displayed at the accredited facilities.
The Ministry urges all individuals interested in performing Hajj to contact the accredited facilities to complete their registration within the specified timeframe. A preliminary deposit of 5,000 Saudi Riyals is required to secure a spot, pending the announcement of total costs. The Ministry remains committed to facilitating the pilgrimage experience and providing exceptional services. It also warns against engaging with brokers or unapproved facilities.
