Launch of Solar Energy System in Al-Salam Village Medical Center
On Sunday, the Minister of Electricity and Energy, Adnan Al-Kaf, and the Minister of State and Governor of Aden, Abdul Rahman Sheikh, inaugurated the solar energy and air conditioning system at the medical center in Al-Salam Village, located in the temporary capital of Aden.
Overview of the Solar Energy System
Al-Kaf and Sheikh reviewed the components of the system and assessed its readiness. They listened to an explanation regarding its role in supplying the medical center with electrical power and air conditioning. This initiative aims to enhance the working environment and improve the medical services provided to beneficiaries.

This phase includes the construction of ten residential buildings, totaling 120 apartments, along with various attached facilities and services. These include a park with children’s play areas, a school, a vocational training center, and water wells, all designed according to approved technical and engineering specifications.

Al-Kaf and Sheikh commended the level of achievement in the project and the efforts made in implementing its components.
