Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Aradah, commended the high level of employee discipline observed at the Ministry’s headquarters in Aden following the Eid al-Adha holiday. His remarks came during a recent inspection tour aimed at evaluating the workflow across various departments.

Inspection Tour Highlights Commitment

During his visit, Minister Al-Aradah assessed attendance and task performance within the ministry. He expressed satisfaction with the dedication displayed by employees, emphasizing the importance of maintaining this momentum.

Strategic Meeting on Performance Improvement

Following the inspection, Al-Aradah chaired a meeting with Deputy Minister Dr. Saad Mohammed, ministry undersecretaries, and general directors. The discussion focused on the overall performance of the ministry’s sectors and departments. Al-Aradah urged participants to enhance efforts and improve monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, which would positively impact institutional performance.

Emphasis on Official Attendance and Accountability

The minister stressed the necessity of adhering to official working hours and improving administrative discipline. He called for increased field visits by monitoring teams to courts and affiliated bodies to ensure compliance and address any violations or unjustified absences.
