The local authority in Lahij Governorate has dispatched its first urgent food convoys to support fighters stationed at the front lines in the Subaiha region, as well as to assist displaced families affected by Houthi militia shelling.
This food convoy initiative occurs under the direct supervision of Governor Murad Al-Halimi. It forms part of the emergency response program established to address the needs of the armed forces and resistance fighters at the front lines. The program also aims to support families forced to flee their homes due to Houthi militia attacks.
The convoy represents the initial field action by the local authority towards the areas of sacrifice and honor in Subaiha, specifically in the Al-Madaribah district and Ras Al-Arah. It targets the urgent delivery of food supplies to the men fulfilling their national duty in combat zones, defending the land, and protecting the local population.
