Today, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, the Minister of Interior, conducted an inspection of the security operations at the Hadramout Valley and Desert Police Department. Accompanied by Major General Mohammed Al-Sharif, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, the minister aimed to assess the current state of security and operational challenges facing the police forces.
During the visit, Major General Haidan listened to a detailed briefing from Colonel Abdullah Al-Sayari, the Director of Valley and Desert Security. Al-Sayari outlined the ongoing security efforts and the various challenges confronting the security apparatus. The minister praised the dedication of the security units in maintaining stability and public safety.
The minister emphasized the need for improved performance and enhanced coordination among different departments. He urged security leaders to double their efforts in addressing security challenges and stressed the importance of vigilance and teamwork in protecting citizens and preserving order.
In addition to discussions, Minister Haidan toured the police department’s facilities and examined its various sections. He commended the organization and discipline observed within the department. Furthermore, he reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to supporting the Hadramout Valley and Desert Police in implementing security plans to achieve optimal results.
This visit underscores the ongoing efforts of the Ministry of Interior to enhance security measures and ensure the safety of the local population in Hadramout.
