The discussion focused on the conditions of central prisons in liberated provinces and the challenges related to prisoner sustenance.

The Chief Justice highlighted the necessity of activating the High Prison Committee, as stipulated in the Prison Law and its Executive Regulations No. (48) of 1991. This committee plays a vital role in overseeing prison conditions and ensuring the welfare of inmates. Additionally, the meeting emphasized the importance of following up on the Presidential Committee dedicated to the care of prisoners.
