In a significant diplomatic engagement, Dr. Afrah Al-Zuba, Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, met with Faisal Ibrahim, the non-resident Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to Yemen. This meeting took place today in Doha, where Al-Zuba is currently on a Gulf tour.
During their discussion, the two officials reviewed the bilateral relations between Yemen and Ethiopia. They explored various avenues for enhancing and developing these ties. Additionally, they addressed several issues of mutual interest, highlighting the importance of collaboration between the two nations.
Minister Al-Zuba expressed her gratitude for Ambassador Faisal’s efforts in strengthening the relationship between Yemen and Ethiopia during his tenure. She wished him success in his future assignments, acknowledging the positive impact of his work.
In response, Ambassador Faisal Ibrahim conveyed his appreciation for the cooperation he received throughout his service. He expressed pride in the Yemeni-Ethiopian relationship and extended his best wishes for Yemen’s continued security, stability, progress, and prosperity.
This meeting underscores the commitment of both nations to foster stronger diplomatic and economic ties, paving the way for future collaboration.
