Today, Dr. Shai’a Al-Zindani, Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, met with his Portuguese counterpart, Paulo Rangel, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral relations between Yemen and Portugal. The meeting took place during the high-level international conference focused on peacefully resolving the Palestinian issue and implementing the two-state solution, held at the United Nations headquarters in New York City.

During the discussion, Minister Al-Zindani expressed gratitude for Portugal’s support of Yemen’s constitutional legitimacy. He emphasized the importance of aligning the two countries’ positions in international forums to serve mutual interests and bolster efforts for peace and stability in the region.
