Defense Minister Inspects Military Region Six in Al-Jawf

Al-Jawf, Yemen – Today, Defense Minister Lieutenant General Mohsen Mohammed Al-Daari, accompanied by Chief of General Staff and Joint Operations Commander Lieutenant General Sagheer Bin Aziz, conducted an inspection of Military Region Six in Al-Jawf Province. The visit aimed to assess the region’s readiness and operational capabilities.

High Morale and Combat Readiness

During the visit, Minister Al-Daari conveyed greetings from the political leadership, including President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and members of the Presidential Leadership Council and government. He praised the combat readiness and high morale of the personnel in Military Region Six, highlighting their numerous heroic achievements across various fronts over the past years.

Emphasis on Military Discipline and Training

Minister Al-Daari stressed the importance of enhancing military discipline and increasing the pace of training across all specialties. He emphasized the need to refine the skills of armed forces personnel and elevate their capabilities on all fronts.

Display of Combat Readiness

The leadership of Military Region Six organized a symbolic parade featuring reserve units. This event showcased the level of discipline and combat readiness, reinforcing the region’s commitment to ongoing liberation efforts and the restoration of state authority, while also aiming to end the Iranian-backed Houthi coup.

Meeting with Military Leadership

Minister Al-Daari held an extensive meeting with the region’s leadership and units, during which he received a brief overview of field performance, operational efforts, training initiatives, and the achievements made by the region in recent months.

Appreciation for Regional Support

The minister expressed gratitude for the steadfast support from the Arab Coalition, led by Saudi Arabia, in backing Yemen on all levels.

Boosting Morale Among Troops

In response, Major General Haikal Hantaf, Commander of Military Region Six, acknowledged the Ministry of Defense and General Staff’s attention to armed forces personnel. He affirmed that the minister’s visit serves as a significant morale booster, energizing efforts toward the completion of liberation.
