Today, President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, awarded Professor Vitaly Naumkin, the director of the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences, with the Medal of Merit in Arts and Literature.
