Extraordinary Meeting of the Tender and Bids Committee

The Tender and Bids Committee of the Ministry of Justice convened an extraordinary meeting today at the ministry’s headquarters in the temporary capital, Aden. The meeting took place under the leadership of Justice Minister Judge Badr Al-Aradah.

Key Discussions on Judicial Infrastructure

The committee focused on several topics outlined in its agenda. A primary point of discussion was the preliminary report prepared by the technical committee. This committee recently conducted a field visit to the judicial complex in the Mansoura district. The report provided a detailed assessment of the technical, structural, and administrative needs required to enhance the working environment within the court complex. It also aimed to improve the efficiency of judicial services.

Urgent Call for Final Report

During the meeting, which included the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Judge Tarek Al-Azani, Minister Al-Aradah emphasized the urgency of finalizing the report. He urged the committee to submit necessary technical and financial recommendations. These recommendations will be presented to the ministry’s leadership and incorporated into the infrastructure project plan for the judicial sector for the current year.

Commitment to Judicial Development

Minister Al-Aradah highlighted the ministry’s commitment to implementing rehabilitation and development projects. These initiatives aim to improve the judicial work environment and provide essential resources that facilitate the tasks of judicial and administrative staff.

Recommendations for Future Actions

The meeting concluded with several recommendations designed to enhance technical and procedural work. The committee plans to evaluate needs and submit the final report next week. This step is crucial for completing the tendering process in accordance with existing regulations and guidelines.

This proactive approach reflects the ministry’s dedication to strengthening the judicial system and ensuring efficient service delivery to the public.
