Strengthening Agricultural Cooperation in Yemen

In a significant meeting held today in Aden, the temporary capital of Yemen, Abdulmalik Naji, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, discussed enhancing collaboration with Kriston, the Deputy Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The focus of their discussions centered on implementing agricultural projects, ensuring food security, and supporting sustainable initiatives.
Importance of Collaborative Efforts
During the meeting, Naji emphasized the necessity of creating a collaborative work environment for projects funded by the ICRC. He highlighted the need to address shortcomings in previous initiatives. The discussions also underscored the importance of adhering to established cooperation protocols between the Ministry of Agriculture and the ICRC.
