Dr. Waed Badhib, the Acting Minister of Planning and International Cooperation and the appointed Minister of Communications and Information Technology, recently assessed the operations and performance of the Public Telecommunications Corporation. He discussed the organization’s development needs for the upcoming phase during a meeting in the temporary capital, Aden.

During the meeting, Minister Badhib highlighted the challenges facing the corporation amid current conditions and rapid technological changes. He emphasized that the ministry is committed to leveraging technical and professional resources to support comprehensive digital transformation. The Minister praised the launch of Starlink satellite internet service points and devices.
