Yemen's Ministry of Water and Environment Signs MoU with Green Climate Fund

Today, Yemen’s Ministry of Water and Environment signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Green Climate Fund. This agreement aims to enhance institutional capacities and expand climate investments within the framework of the 2024-2027 readiness strategy.

Focus on Environmental Policy Development

The MoU emphasizes the development of national environmental policies and the improvement of climate change adaptation plans. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen collaboration with donors and international organizations. This collaboration will ensure the sustainability of climate projects and accelerate their implementation.

Expert Appointment and Stakeholder Coordination
