The General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology’s Weather Forecast and Early Warning Center has predicted that the weather will remain moderate during the day and relatively cool to cold at night and in the early morning across coastal areas and their surroundings. The forecast also indicates partial to overcast skies with a chance of light scattered rain along parts of the western coastline. Moderate winds will pick up along the southwestern coasts and Bab al-Mandab.
According to the daily weather report, which the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) received, the mountainous regions will experience dry and cold conditions, particularly at night and in the early morning. There is a possibility of fog and low clouds forming in some areas, along with scattered rain in parts of the western highlands. The report also notes that desert and plateau regions will remain generally dry and clear, with moderate daytime temperatures and very cold nights. Winds in these areas will be moderate to active, stirring up dust and sand.

The center has reiterated its warning to residents in high mountainous areas about low temperatures. Citizens, especially children and the elderly, should take necessary precautions. Additionally, the center cautioned drivers in mountainous regions about reduced visibility due to fog formation.
In its daily marine report, the Weather Forecast and Early Warning Center has forecasted calm seas along the coasts of Al-Mahra, Hadramout, Shabwa, Abyan, and Aden. The Socotra Archipelago will experience light to moderate waves, while the Bab al-Mandab and western coasts will see moderate waves. The center also reported that the sea conditions in the Arabian Sea will be calm, with light to moderate waves in the Gulf of Aden and moderate to rough waves in the Red Sea. Fishermen, sea-goers, and ship captains in Bab al-Mandab, southwestern coasts, and regional waters in the Red Sea should remain vigilant due to potential rough seas and strong winds.
