Weather Forecast: Partly Cloudy and Warm Conditions Expected

The General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology’s Weather Forecast and Early Warning Center predicts partly cloudy and warm weather for coastal areas and their surroundings today, Wednesday. Daytime temperatures will be high, while nighttime conditions will be moderate. There is a possibility of scattered rain in the Socotra Archipelago and both eastern and western coasts. Winds will remain moderate along the southern and eastern coasts, while they may become moderate to active in the Bab al-Mandab area and the southwestern and southern western coasts.
Mountainous Regions: Rain and Thunderstorms Likely
According to the daily weather bulletin, which the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) received, the mountainous regions will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies. Rainfall of varying intensity, accompanied by thunderstorms, is likely in the western highlands from Saada in the north to Taiz and Lahij in the south, extending to Al-Dhale, Al-Bayda, and the highlands of Abyan. Additionally, the internal plateaus of Shabwa and Hadramout will see similar weather patterns. In contrast, desert and plateau areas will remain clear and hot during the day, turning relatively cool at night, with moderate winds occasionally stirring up dust and sand.

Marine Conditions: Calm Seas Expected
In its daily marine bulletin, the Weather Forecast and Early Warning Center anticipates calm sea conditions along the coasts of Al-Mahra, Hadramout, Shabwa, Abyan, Aden, the western coasts, and the Socotra Archipelago. The Bab al-Mandab area may experience light to moderate waves. Furthermore, the regional waters in the Arabian Sea and Gulf of Aden will remain calm, while the Red Sea may see light to moderate waves.
