The Meteorological and Early Warning Center of the General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology has issued its daily report, warning residents of ongoing hot and humid weather in coastal areas. The report highlights the potential for fog and drizzle in eastern Al-Mahra Governorate, along with scattered rainfall along the eastern and southern coasts. Additionally, strong winds are expected, particularly in the Socotra Archipelago.
The center anticipates clear to partly cloudy conditions in the mountainous regions. However, there is a possibility of heavy thunderstorms accompanied by hail across a wide area stretching from Saada in the north to Al-Bayda in the east, passing through Taiz, Lahij, Al-Dhale, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout, and Al-Mahra.
In the desert and plateau areas, expect dry and clear to partly cloudy skies. Temperatures may exceed 40 degrees Celsius, with winds stirring up dust and sand.
