In a heartfelt gesture of solidarity, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, sent a condolence message today to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, mourning the demise of the esteemed Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the former Prime Minister of Kuwait.
Dr. Al-Alimi, on behalf of the council members, the government, and himself, extended his deepest sympathies and sincere condolences to Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the bereaved family, and the people of Kuwait. He highlighted the significant loss of a high-caliber statesman, Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, whose comprehensive political and intellectual vision was dedicated to the service of his nation and its advancement. President Al-Alimi also commended the late Sheikh’s honorable positions in support of the Yemeni people and their political leadership. He acknowledged the deceased’s contributions to enhancing the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples. Dr. Al-Alimi prayed for divine mercy and forgiveness for the departed soul and for patience and solace for His Highness and the ruling family, as well as for the protection and well-being of the State of Kuwait and its people.
This expression of condolence underscores the strong ties and mutual respect between Yemen and Kuwait, reflecting the shared values and common goals of both nations.
