With this victory, Inter Milan increased its points total to 22, maintaining its lead in the standings. The team has achieved seven wins this season, along with one draw, and remains unbeaten. They hold a goal difference advantage over Lazio, who has the same points total.
On the other hand, Fiorentina remains in eighteenth place with four points. The team continues to struggle, failing to secure a win for the fourth consecutive match in the league.
