Yemenia Airlines will launch a third flight from Aden International Airport to Dubai on Wednesday, adding to its existing schedule. This new route will connect through Al-Riyan Airport in Mukalla, Hadhramaut Governorate. With this addition, Yemenia will now operate three weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Mohsen Haidra, the Deputy General Manager for Commercial Affairs at Yemenia Airlines, shared insights about this expansion in a recent press statement. He emphasized that the decision aligns with the company’s strategy to broaden its network of destinations and respond to the increasing demand for air travel.
Looking ahead, Haidra announced that the second half of this year will see the introduction of new flights from Aden to Doha, Qatar, and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Yemenia plans to offer flights from Aden to Salalah, Oman, with a stop at Al-Ghaydah Airport in Al-Mahrah Governorate.
Haidra reaffirmed Yemenia Airlines’ commitment to executing its operational plan for the latter half of the year. The airline aims to enhance air transport services and facilitate passenger movement while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
This expansion reflects Yemenia Airlines’ dedication to improving connectivity and meeting the travel needs of its customers in the region.
