Ahmad Al-Amri, the hospital director, emphasized in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that since its establishment, the hospital has offered all services free of charge. This includes everything from patient registration and consultations in outpatient clinics to surgical operations, along with the provision of medications and eyewear. The King Salman Center fully funds these services to combat blindness and reduce the prevalence of eye diseases.
Al-Amri highlighted the significant impact of the hospital’s services in alleviating the suffering of eye patients, particularly among the displaced and local communities in Marib. The hospital’s efforts aim to improve the quality of life for those affected by vision impairment.
