Minister of Higher Education and Vocational Training Leads Initiative

Dr. Khaled Al-Wasabi, the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Vocational Training, officially launched the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Development Program today. He was joined by Saleh Al-Amqi, the Secretary-General of the Local Council in Hadhramaut. This program will take place at the Technical Industrial Institute in Mukalla and is funded by the Al-Awn Foundation for Development, the Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity in Kuwait, and several donor organizations, including the World Bank.

Objectives of the Program

The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance the quality of vocational education in refrigeration and air conditioning. The program aims to improve the efficiency of teaching staff, upgrade infrastructure, and refine educational curricula. By focusing on these areas, the program seeks to ensure that students receive a comprehensive and relevant education.
