The Sila Development Foundation has signed an agreement to install a solar energy system at Al-Zahra School in the Al-Makhashin area of Wadi Al-Ain and Hurra district in Hadramout Governorate. The system will have a generation capacity of 12 kilowatts, aiming to enhance the school environment and ensure a stable electricity supply for the educational process.
Ali Bashmakh, the director of the Sila Development Foundation, signed the agreement on behalf of the implementing and funding organization, while Abdullah bin Makhashin, the school director, represented the school.
Salm bin Abadeen Baouzeer, the director general of Wadi Al-Ain and Hurra district, emphasized that the project represents a vital step in creating a stable educational environment for students and teaching staff. He praised the efforts of the Sila Development Foundation and its effective partnership with local authorities in implementing quality development projects that meet community needs in education, health, and water sectors.
