Houthi official assaults several qat vendors in Ibb city.

In a recent unsettling development, a Houthi militia authority, identified as Bilal Al-Dar, appointed as the director of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in Ibb province, has reportedly assaulted several khat sellers in the city of Ibb.
