Aden Military Meeting Discusses Future Plans & Strategies

In a significant meeting held in Aden, the temporary capital, Major General Ahmad Al-Basr Salem, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff, convened with deputies of the chiefs of staff and directors of the Ministry of Defense departments. The gathering aimed to deliberate on future plans, strategies, and the modernization of capabilities.

At the outset of the meeting, Major General Al-Basr conveyed the greetings of the General Staff’s leadership to the attendees, emphasizing the critical need to lay the necessary foundations for the development and modernization of the armed forces to keep pace with contemporary technological advancements.

Major General Al-Basr also highlighted the support of the Minister of Defense, Major General Mohsen Al-Daeri, for all military units and formations to maintain the highest levels of efficiency and combat readiness.

He pointed out the military leadership’s commitment to enhancing the skill level and physical fitness of the armed forces through continuous training and high morale. This ensures their constant vigilance and combat readiness to execute any assigned missions.

The meeting discussed future plans and strategies for developing the armed forces, including enhancing capabilities to ensure perpetual readiness to counter any potential threats.

Furthermore, military leaders were urged to intensify coordinated efforts with all relevant departments and entities to bolster combat readiness and continue the successes achieved, particularly in training and qualification fields.

This meeting marks a pivotal step towards advancing the performance and readiness of the armed forces, reflecting a comprehensive approach to military development and preparedness for future challenges.
