Today, Tarik Saleh, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, welcomed a large group of residents from the coastal districts of Al-Hudaydah and Taiz. He was joined by Sheikh Sultan al-Barakani, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, to receive well-wishers celebrating Eid al-Fitr.
The attendees included local authority leaders, executive office members, military and political figures, as well as tribal sheikhs and dignitaries. They expressed their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Saleh, emphasizing their support for his national duties. The group reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the internal front, enhancing security and stability, and achieving development in liberated areas. They also voiced their determination to restore the state and its historical capital, Sana’a.
In response, Tarik Saleh expressed his gratitude and appreciation to everyone present. He highlighted the importance of fostering communication and unity among the people of Yemen. Saleh stressed that this phase requires collective efforts from all national forces—both political and social—to fulfill the aspirations of the Yemeni people for victory and to defeat the Iranian expansionist agenda represented by the Houthi militia.
As the event concluded, attendees exchanged greetings and blessings for this significant religious occasion. They prayed for the return of such joyous moments to Yemen and the Islamic nation, wishing for prosperity, blessings, and peace.
