Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Tarik Saleh, recently engaged in a phone conversation with Nasser Al-Suadi, the Governor of Al-Bayda Province. The two discussed the alarming rise in violations committed by the Houthi militia against civilians. The latest incidents include horrific massacres and the destruction and looting of homes in the village of Hanka Al-Masoud.
During the call, Tarik Saleh praised the steadfastness of the tribes in Al-Bayda, both historically and currently, in defending the republican system and its achievements. He emphasized the importance of their role in resisting oppression and maintaining national identity.
Tarik Saleh expressed gratitude for the sacrifices made by the people of Al-Bayda. He underscored that these sacrifices demonstrate the Houthis’ inability to subdue Yemenis through force and impose a religious and cultural agenda that contradicts the beliefs and patriotism of the population.
In the same conversation, Tarik Saleh inquired about the conditions of the victims injured in the gas station explosion in Al-Humaqani. He confirmed that they are receiving treatment in Aden and directed the Medical Services Department of the National Resistance to provide them with the necessary medical care.
Tarik Saleh extended his condolences to the families of the martyrs from the village of Hanka Al-Masoud and the victims of the gas station explosion in Al-Humaqani. He expressed his deep sorrow for their loss and paid tribute to their sacrifices.
