Sheikh Othman Majli, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, extended heartfelt condolences to Abdul Karim Farah and his brothers, as well as to Sheikh Abdullah Nasser Farah, Sultan Farah, Abdul Wahid Farah, and the entire Farah family. His message mourned the passing of the late Brigadier General Farah Jabran Farah, who recently passed away after a life dedicated to service and national integrity, particularly in the fight against the Houthi militia.
In his condolence message, Majli praised the late Brigadier General’s exemplary character and the skills he devoted to serving the nation in his military and leadership roles within the Ministry of Interior. He emphasized that Brigadier General Farah served as a role model for his colleagues, embodying the qualities of a committed officer who diligently fulfilled his duties. Majli highlighted Farah’s efforts to foster unity and combat the Houthi agenda.
Majli noted the various roles that the late Brigadier General held throughout his career. He served in civil defense operations in Saada Governorate and worked in the security sector in Aham, Hajjah Governorate. His leadership of the Special Security Forces in Saada, based in Marib, focused on establishing security and stability while safeguarding public interests.
Majli expressed his deep sorrow for the loss of Brigadier General Farah, who championed the cause of restoring the state and preserving the republic. He prayed for the late general’s soul to find peace and for his family in Razih, Saada Governorate, and across the country to find strength and solace during this difficult time. “Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we shall return,” Majli concluded.
