Al-Khanbashi underscored the conference’s strategic importance, stating that effective integration between the government and local authorities is fundamental for achieving sustainable development and fostering citizen trust in state institutions. He reiterated Hadhramaut’s commitment to initiatives designed to enhance local authority performance and establish institutional partnerships grounded in transparency. Such efforts are expected to bolster opportunities for attracting support and developmental interventions.
In a related context, Al-Khanbashi met with Saeed Al-Dini, the General Manager of the Oil Company in the Coast of Hadhramaut. Their discussions centered on the essential efforts to supply airports with fuel, ensuring the smooth transportation of pilgrims during the Hajj season.
