Today, Major General Faraj Al-Bahsani, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, visited the Al-Dabba oil export port and the Masila Exploration and Production Company (Petromasila). His visit aimed to assess the current conditions of the port and the ongoing operations.
During the visit, Al-Bahsani received detailed explanations from the port officials and Petromasila representatives about the port’s status. They highlighted the significant challenges and difficulties they face. In response, Al-Bahsani directed the resumption of diesel supplies to the Al-Dabba oil port. Al-Bahsani listened to a brief overview from Colonel Majid Al-Oubthani, the commander of the Al-Dabba axis, and the checkpoint commander regarding the seizure of a cement tanker. This tanker was repurposed for smuggling diesel. Investigations revealed that the upper part of the tanker contained cement, while the lower section housed a tank filled with diesel.
