Strengthening Community Ties

Today, Major General Faraj Al-Bahsani, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, hosted a Ramadan Iftar for local officials in Hadhramaut. The event brought together representatives from the local government, the judiciary, the Second Military Region, security forces, and religious leaders. This gathering aimed to strengthen communication and collaboration among various state leaders in Hadhramaut.

Celebrating Ramadan Together

The Iftar featured notable attendees, including Hadhramaut Governor Mabkhout bin Madi, several deputy governors, Second Military Region Commander Major General Talib Barjash, and the Director General of Security and Police in Coastal Hadhramaut, Brigadier General Mutai Al-Minhali. During the event, Major General Al-Bahsani exchanged greetings and well-wishes with attendees, celebrating the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan. He expressed hopes that the month would bring peace and stability to Yemen, allowing the nation to fulfill its aspirations for security and recovery. He also wished prosperity and blessings for the Arab and Islamic nations.

Discussing National and Regional Developments

Throughout the evening, Major General Al-Bahsani engaged in friendly discussions with officials about the latest developments in national and regional affairs. He highlighted the ongoing efforts to enhance security and stability in the region. Additionally, he emphasized the role of the Presidential Leadership Council in mitigating the impacts of the war initiated by the Houthi militia.

In his remarks, Major General Al-Bahsani stressed the importance of unifying efforts among various entities to improve service delivery and foster development in Hadhramaut. He underscored the need to meet the citizens’ expectations, especially in the current challenging circumstances.
