Recent security reports from the General Directorate of Command and Control reveal that police forces in several liberated provinces apprehended 52 suspects linked to 49 criminal offenses within the last 24 hours. This operation forms part of ongoing efforts to combat crime and enhance security and stability in the region.

Crime Reports and Ongoing Investigations

According to the reports, police departments received 69 criminal complaints yesterday. Authorities addressed most of these reports, while investigations continue into 20 cases that remain under scrutiny. The provinces involved include Aden, Taiz, Marib, Hadramout (coast and valley), Al-Mahra, Abyan, and Al-Dhale.

The apprehended crimes varied significantly, including:

  • 8 thefts
  • 5 assaults on property
  • 3 fraud cases
  • 3 breaches of trust
  • 3 drug possession and use cases

  • 1 kidnapping
  • 1 violation of residence sanctity
  • 1 delay in payment
  • 1 defamation
  • 1 reputation damage
