Judicial Leaders Inspect Oral Exams at Higher Judicial Institute in Aden

In a significant move to oversee the educational progress within Yemen’s judicial sector, the Chief of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, along with the Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Ardah, conducted an inspection of the oral examinations for the 24th batch of students at the Higher Judicial Institute in Aden, the temporary capital.

Preparations and Educational Quality Under Review

During their visit, both the Chief of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Minister of Justice evaluated the preparations made for conducting these exams. They noted the educational tools and facilities set up to meet the requirements of an effective learning process. A detailed explanation was provided by the Dean of the Higher Judicial Institute, Judge Nidal Sheikh, highlighting the academic level and discipline of the students.

Commendations and Future Directions

The Chief of the Supreme Judicial Council lauded the efforts of the Ministry of Justice in developing the judicial authority’s infrastructure and ensuring the availability of resources to enhance the educational process. He stressed the importance of focusing on the institute’s outputs and supplying the judicial field with highly competent legal professionals.

On his part, the Minister of Justice emphasized the pivotal role of the Higher Judicial Institute in nurturing young judicial cadres. He pointed out the ministry’s significant attention to updating the institute in line with the developments in the judicial sector.
