Yemen's Military Celebrates Graduation of Battalion Leaders Amid National Revolution Anniversaries

In a significant event today, the Chief of the General Staff and Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Saghir bin Aziz, attended the Seventh Military Region’s celebration of the graduation of its seventh batch of battalion leaders. This batch is named in honor of the martyr Brigadier General Nasser Al-Dhaibani, coinciding with the Yemeni people’s celebrations of the Yemeni Revolution anniversaries on September 26, October 14, and November 30.

Leadership’s Congratulations and Commendations

During the ceremony, the Chief of the General Staff conveyed the political and military leadership’s greetings to the graduates and attendees, congratulating them on the Yemeni Revolution anniversaries. He praised the Seventh Military Region’s efforts in field, cognitive, and scientific training and preparation of its personnel. He highlighted the significance of these efforts in strengthening the armed forces’ stance in the national battle against the remnants of the Imamate and its tools.

The Chief of Staff emphasized that the armed forces are the sole guarantor for preserving the achievements of the September and October revolutions, which he described as eternal and pivotal milestones in contemporary Yemeni history.

Enhancing Military Capabilities

The commander of the Seventh Military Region, Major General Mohammed Al-Muntasir, discussed the level of field and scientific training received by the graduating batch. He pointed out that this batch represents a qualitative addition to the armed forces, aligning with the second objective of the September 26 Revolution: building a strong national army to protect the country, guard the revolution, and its achievements.

Recognition of Excellence

The ceremony, attended by numerous defense ministry and Seventh Military Region leaderships, concluded with an award ceremony for the top graduates. This event not only marked a significant milestone for the graduates but also reaffirmed the military’s role in safeguarding Yemen’s national achievements and revolutionary gains.

This graduation ceremony stands as a testament to the ongoing efforts to strengthen Yemen’s military capabilities amidst the country’s significant historical commemorations, reflecting a commitment to national defense and the preservation of revolutionary ideals.
