Today, Major General Ahmed Al-Absi, the Deputy Head of Training and Rehabilitation at the Ministry of Defense, concluded his visit to the Taiz front by inspecting the Al-Nasr Brigade’s positions in the Al-Kadhah area, located in the western part of the governorate.
Accompanied by several military leaders, including Colonel Mohammed Al-Najjar, Deputy Head of Operations for the Taiz Axis, Colonel Abdullah Bajash, Commander of the Reception Camp in Marib, and Colonel Abdul Aleem Hassan, Head of the Medical Committee, Al-Absi assessed the frontline sites of the Al-Nasr Brigade. This visit aimed to evaluate the operational readiness and morale of the troops stationed in this critical area.
During the visit, Al-Absi conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the political leadership and the Ministry of Defense to the soldiers in honor of the 62nd National Day of the September 26 Revolution. He praised the sacrifices made by the fighters and their unwavering efforts to repel Houthi terrorist militias. He acknowledged their success in thwarting aggressive attempts and delivering significant military lessons in the field.
In response, Colonel Rami Al-Khalidi, the Commander of the Al-Nasr Brigade, expressed gratitude for the delegation’s visit and the Ministry of Defense’s support for the troops. He affirmed the brigade’s readiness to undertake any assigned missions with high morale and combat readiness.
This visit underscores the commitment of Yemen’s military leadership to support and recognize the efforts of its armed forces in the ongoing conflict.
