Ministry of Defense Conducts Field Visit to Tor Al-Baha Forces

On Sunday, a delegation from the Ministry of Defense conducted a field inspection of the Tor Al-Baha brigades and frontlines in the Lahij and Taiz governorates. This visit aimed to assess the current conditions and operational readiness of the military units stationed in these critical areas.

Delegation Overview

The delegation, led by Major General Masfer Al-Harithi, Deputy Inspector General of the Armed Forces, included Brigadier General Saleh Al-Amri, Assistant Head of Intelligence. They reviewed the situation on the ground, focusing on troop presence in camps and frontlines. The team identified logistical needs and addressed challenges facing the forces stationed at strategic contact points.

High Combat Readiness Acknowledged

Major General Al-Harithi praised the high level of combat readiness among the forces along the frontlines in the northwest districts of Lahij and southern Taiz. He noted their additional responsibilities, which include military and security operations, as well as their crucial role in countering terrorist threats posed by Iran-backed Houthi militias.

Commitment to Troops’ Welfare

The Major General emphasized the leadership’s commitment to supporting all fighters in the frontline battles. He highlighted the importance of understanding their concerns and needs while expressing pride in their heroic efforts against extremist forces. Brigadier General Abubakr Al-Jabouli, Commander of the Fourth Mountain Infantry Brigade and leader of the Tor Al-Baha Axis, expressed deep gratitude for the visit.
