The Chairman of the Leadership Council reassures the well-being of Yemeni pilgrims.

President Alimi Checks on Yemeni Pilgrims During Hajj
President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, reached out to Minister of Awqaf and Guidance, Dr. Mohammed Shabeeb, to inquire about the well-being of Yemeni pilgrims. This call came as the pilgrims completed the essential ritual of standing at the holy site of Arafat, a significant moment in the Hajj pilgrimage.
Update on Pilgrims’ Journey
During the conversation, President Alimi received an update from Minister Shabeeb regarding the pilgrims’ conditions. The Yemeni pilgrims began their journey from Mount Arafat to Muzdalifah for an overnight stay, following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). They will proceed to Mina after the dawn prayer on Eid al-Adha to perform the ritual of throwing stones at the Jamrat al-Aqaba and to sacrifice their offerings.
Commitment to Support Pilgrims
President Alimi urged the Hajj mission to provide all necessary support and care for the Yemeni pilgrims until their safe return home. He expressed his hopes that they successfully complete the remaining rituals of Hajj and that their acts of worship are accepted.
Acknowledgment of Saudi Efforts
The President also acknowledged the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He praised their commitment to ensuring a successful Hajj season, highlighting the resources dedicated to serving the guests of Allah and facilitating their worship with ease and comfort.
This proactive engagement reflects the President’s dedication to the welfare of Yemeni citizens during this sacred time.
