Brussels, Belgium – Today, Yemeni Ambassador to the European Union, Mohammed Taha Mustafa, held a meeting with Kristin Oduer, the Middle East and Gulf Affairs Officer at the European External Action Service. The discussion focused on the latest developments in Yemen.
During the meeting, both parties reviewed the actions taken by the Presidential Leadership Council, led by President Rashad Mohammed Alimi. These actions aim to normalize conditions in Yemen, enhance security and stability, and protect the legal status of the state. Additionally, they emphasized the importance of continuing economic reforms.
Oduer reaffirmed the European Union’s commitment to supporting the Presidential Leadership Council and the Yemeni government. She highlighted the EU’s dedication to all efforts aimed at stabilizing Yemen and ensuring the security and unity of its institutions.
