Aden, Yemen – In a significant meeting held in the temporary capital, Aden, Yemen’s Minister of Water and Environment, Engineer Tawfiq Al-Sharjabi, met with the Director of the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) office in Aden, Mohammed Rafiq.
