Local sources report that the victim, identified as Mohannad Rayan Abdullah Saleh Al-Mubarazi, died after his motorcycle collided with a car at the Habish intersection in the Al-Makhader district, located in northern Ibb. Al-Mubarazi hailed from the Sharaf area within the same district.
Throughout January, Ibb Governorate recorded a total of 34 civilian deaths due to various traffic accidents, which included women and children.
