He provided an overview of a project to construct and equip a university educational city in Lahij Governorate, which will feature four colleges, a technical institute, a secondary school, a mosque, service facilities, and sports fields. This initiative, funded by the State of Kuwait, aims to serve the governorates of Aden, Abyan, and Al-Dhale.
