In a ceremony held today in Aden, the temporary capital, Minister of Youth and Sports Naif Al-Bakri recognized students who excelled in recent sports competitions. These events, which featured football, chess, and table tennis, began earlier this month and were organized by the German International University.

Importance of Sports in Education

Minister Al-Bakri emphasized the significance of such activities at the university level. He stated that sports play a crucial role in maintaining physical health. Additionally, he highlighted their contribution to enhancing mental well-being among students and youth.
