In a meeting held today in Aden, the temporary capital of Yemen, Minister of Public Works and Roads, Engineer Salem Al-Huraizi, addressed the implementation of the Shuaib-Hareer-Halmeen road project. This vital infrastructure initiative aims to connect three key districts and link the governorates of Al-Dhale’e and Lahij.
Minister Al-Huraizi emphasized the significance of supporting projects that enhance connectivity between districts and governorates. He highlighted that such initiatives play a crucial role in boosting economic development and improving public services. Furthermore, he stressed the need to complete the technical and engineering studies for the project, adhering to the highest standards to ensure quality execution and the road’s long-term sustainability.
In addition, Al-Huraizi directed the relevant authorities to monitor the project’s requirements closely. He called for its inclusion in the ministry’s upcoming infrastructure project plans, emphasizing the importance of coordination with local authorities and donor organizations. This collaborative approach aims to secure the necessary resources and support for successful project implementation.
