In a significant meeting held today in Aden, the temporary capital of Yemen, Minister of Local Administration, Engineer Badr Basalama, engaged with Ali Hassan, the Executive Director of the Political Development Forum. The discussion focused on a project aimed at strengthening local governance and building the capacities of local authorities across various provinces.
