Justice Minister and Governor Lay Foundation Stone for Judicial Complex in Al-Khawkhah

On Saturday, Justice Minister Judge Badr Al-Aradah and Al-Hudaydah Governor Dr. Al-Hasan Tahir laid the foundation stone for a new judicial complex in the city of Al-Khawkhah. This initiative aims to strengthen the judicial infrastructure in the governorate, enhancing access to justice for local residents.

Inspection of Judicial Facilities

Following the ceremony, Minister Al-Aradah and Governor Tahir inspected several judicial facilities. They toured the Al-Hudaydah Court of Appeals, the Appeals Prosecution Office, and the primary courts in Al-Khawkhah and Hays. Additionally, they visited the Central Prison to assess its conditions and operations.

Addressing Judicial Challenges

During the visit, the officials received insights from Judge Al-Azi Ba’kar, President of the Court of Appeals, and Judge Ahmed Al-Dahani, President of the Appeals Prosecution Office. They discussed the challenges facing the judicial system in the governorate and explored potential solutions to overcome these obstacles.

Emphasis on Collaboration for Justice

Minister Al-Aradah praised the collaboration between local authorities and security agencies in supporting the judiciary. He highlighted the importance of unified efforts to achieve justice and provide essential judicial services to citizens. This cooperation is crucial for establishing a robust state framework.

Accompanying Officials

The minister’s visit included several key officials, such as Dr. Muath Abdulmajid, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry, and Judge Nabil Hassan, Head of the Technical Office at the Ministry of Justice. Their presence underscored the commitment of the Ministry to improving the judicial landscape in Al-Hudaydah.

This development marks a significant step toward enhancing the judicial system in the region, ensuring that citizens receive the legal support they need.
