On Tuesday evening, Dr. Sha’if Mohsen Al-Zandani, Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, arrived in the Kingdom of Morocco. This official visit marks his leadership of the Yemeni delegation at the upcoming joint ministerial committee meetings.
During the ministerial committee sessions, both nations plan to sign several cooperation agreements. These agreements aim to strengthen bilateral relations and enhance collaboration in various sectors.
Throughout his visit, Minister Al-Zandani will meet with Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Abroad. Additionally, he will engage in discussions with senior officials from the Moroccan government to explore further avenues for cooperation.
Upon his arrival at Mohammed V International Airport, Al-Zandani received a warm welcome. He was greeted by Younes Najjar, the head of the Arab Affairs Department at the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as Yemen’s Ambassador to Morocco, Azeddine Al-Asbahi, and several members of the Yemeni diplomatic mission in Rabat.
This visit underscores Yemen’s commitment to fostering strong ties with Morocco and enhancing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
