Visit to Al-Dhala Frontlines

Today, Defense Minister Lieutenant General Taher Al-Aqeeli conducted an inspection of the frontlines in Al-Dhala Governorate. This visit aimed to assess the conditions of the fighters and the progress of military operations as part of his ongoing field visits to various combat zones.

Accompanied by Key Military Leaders

During the visit, Al-Aqeeli was joined by several key military leaders, including Al-Dhala Governor and Commander of the Al-Dhala Axis, Major General Ahmed Al-Quba, Commander of the Eighth Military Region, Major General Hadi Al-Awlaki, and Commander of the 33rd Armored Brigade, Major General Wajdi Al-Zubaidi. The minister listened to field commanders who provided insights into the current battlefield conditions, readiness levels, troop deployments, and the missions undertaken by military units against the Houthi militia.

Recognition of Military Valor

Lieutenant General Al-Aqeeli praised the bravery and sacrifices made by members of the armed forces and various military formations across the Al-Dhala frontlines. He emphasized that these sacrifices deserve recognition and respect from the armed forces, particularly in their fight against the Iranian-backed Houthi militia.

Call for Vigilance and Readiness

The Defense Minister stressed the importance of maintaining high levels of vigilance, readiness, and military discipline. He urged the troops to prepare for various missions and to counter any attempts that might target the positions of the armed forces.
