In a public session led by Judge Ghamdan Abdul-Raqeeb, the Primary Military Court in Taiz and Al-Hudaydah has sentenced a man, identified as (E.A.K.M.A.), to death by firing squad. The court found him guilty of aiding the enemy, a serious offense under military law.
According to the media center of the Taiz Military Command, the court’s ruling mandates that the execution take place in a public setting. Additionally, the court ordered the seizure of all assets owned by the convicted individual.
The court also instructed officials to record the judgment in official logs and referred the case file to the military prosecution for further legal actions.
In the same session, the court issued two additional rulings related to other cases. Furthermore, it decided to transfer a criminal case file to the Specialized Criminal Court due to the military court’s lack of jurisdiction over that matter.
