The forecast also mentions partly cloudy skies with a chance of scattered rain in Socotra Archipelago and the southern and southwestern coasts, accompanied by moderate to active winds.

Mountainous Regions to Experience Cold and Dry Conditions

According to the daily weather bulletin received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the mountainous areas will experience dry and cold to extremely cold conditions, particularly during the night and early morning. The forecast indicates a possibility of fog and stratus clouds forming in various parts of these regions. Meanwhile, the desert and inland plateau areas will generally remain dry and clear, with moderate daytime temperatures and cold to very cold nights. Winds in these areas will be light to moderate.

Farmers in these regions should remain vigilant against the risk of frost and extremely low temperatures.

Marine Conditions: Caution Advised for Fishermen

In its daily marine bulletin, the Weather Center predicts light to moderate waves along the western coasts, while the coasts of Al-Mahrah, Hadramaut, Shabwa, Abyan, Aden, and Bab al-Mandab will see moderate wave conditions. The waters around Socotra Archipelago are expected to experience rough seas. The forecast indicates that the waters of the Gulf of Aden will have moderate waves, while the Red Sea will range from moderate to rough, and the Arabian Sea will be rough as well. Fishermen and sea-goers near Socotra Archipelago, the Arabian Sea, the Red Sea, southwestern and eastern coasts, Bab al-Mandab, and the island of Meyun should exercise caution due to turbulent sea conditions and active winds.
