Israeli occupation forces renewed their assaults on southern Syria yesterday by conducting a series of incursions in several areas of Quneitra countryside, according to the information presented on the current page.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency, an Israeli patrol consisting of three military vehicles infiltrated west of the town of Al-Rafid. The forces interrogated and assaulted shepherds in the area. Additionally, the occupation forces executed further incursions in various locations across the countryside, including:
Syria asserts that these incursions represent a repeated violation of the 1974 disengagement agreement. The country has reiterated its call for the international community to intervene, urging the occupation to withdraw completely from its territories.
In a separate development, Syrian Defense Minister General Marhaf Abu Qasr held a phone conversation with Jordanian Chief of Staff Major General Majdi Al-Harasies. They discussed ways to enhance defense cooperation and coordination between the two countries, along with several topics of mutual interest.
